People post profiles saying they'll do weird or interesting stuff on camera (don't let your mind go where I think it's going).
People submit ideas to someone's page, other people can rate ideas based on how much they would give via PayPal to see it happen. Chump change per person. Performer does whatever (eats a bunch of worms, etc.). Gets rated in multiple ways... crazyness, grossness, etc. Site gets a cut of all transactions.
